Return Policy

Return Policy:

We know that not every purchase will fit & returns or exchanges are sometimes needed. Please CAREFULLY read our return policy below to proceed with a return or exchange.

*Please email customer service: sales@kelseyskloset.net prior to returning any item. Include the following: Reason, Order #, & Tracking Number.*

  • All return/exchanges must be received within 7 days of the original shipment date.
  • Refunds are given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • Sale items, stickers, scarves & jewelry are final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed and smoke-free condition.
  • All items must be returned with their original tags attached. ((Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return/exchange policy will be refused)).
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.
  • Original shipping fees are not-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only. Damages to items must be reported within 14 days of the purchase date and prior to wearing the garment. Please email customer service: sales@kelseyskloset.net prior to returning any damaged or defective items.
  • Return shipping is non-refundable, unless you receive damaged, defective or wrong item(s).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Any orders sent with "Free Shipping" will be subject to the original shipping fee deducted from the total amount of the refund.
  • International Returns - unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges

Return Instructions:

  • Please review our Return & Exchange Policy above to make sure you have met all the return requirements. Items returned that do not meet all the return requirements will not be accepted & additional postage will have to be paid to have the item returned to you.
  • Complete the return form that was emailed to you after contacting customer service.
  • Include the completed return form inside your package and send to: Kelsey’s Kloset Returns, 11200 Scaggsville Rd. Suite 113 Laurel, MD 20723

We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email when your return is processed.

Exchange Instructions:

Please email customer service: sales@kelseyskloset.net prior to sending us an exchange. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different color or size, shipping for the new order will be required & you must follow the return policy for instructions on how to return.

Please place a new order online for the items you wish to exchange. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we receive your returned item.

Damaged or defective items:

If an item is received damaged or defective customer service needs to be notified within 5 days for in store credit. Notification past the 14 day return window will not be eligible for a refund. Please email customer service: sales@kelseyskloset.net prior to returning any damaged or defective items.

Pre-Order:

We allow some items to be pre-ordered during their manufacturing process at a discounted rate, in exchange for a longer wait time.  Individuals who purchase pre-ordered items are guaranteed first delivery of these items.  If you purchase pre-ordered items along with regular items, your shipment is sent out when the pre-ordered items arrive in stock.  You can pay an additional $5 shipping and handling if you would like your available items to be sent separately.
